Corporate Lawyer – Legal & Regulatory Advisory

About the role

Anand and Anand is looking for a highly motivated Corporate Lawyer to join its Noida office. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal, regulatory and commercial advice across a broad spectrum of corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial and transactional documents such as service agreements, vendor contracts, licensing arrangements, NDAs, construction and real‑estate documents, leasing agreements and employment contracts.
• Provide strategic legal and regulatory counsel on corporate and commercial issues, including cross‑border transactions, data protection obligations and compliance risks.
• Advise on data privacy and security laws, develop training programs, and help clients implement privacy policies, terms of service and data‑protection frameworks.
• Manage real‑estate matters including title diligence, acquisitions, leasing, development arrangements and related regulatory compliance.
• Offer guidance on employment and labour law matters, including contracts, HR policies, employee separations and statutory compliance.
• Negotiate with counterparties, consultants, regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
• Provide pre‑litigation and dispute advisory support for contractual, corporate, employment and real‑estate issues.
• Draft and negotiate agreements involving emerging technologies such as AI tools and automated systems.
• Engage with government think tanks and industry bodies to influence policy on AI and data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Law degree with admission to practice law in India.
• Significant experience (typically senior level) in a Tier‑1 law firm handling corporate advisory, commercial contracts, real‑estate, employment law and data‑privacy matters.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Passionate, sincere, hardworking, and able to thrive in challenging environments.
