Corporate Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

Lex Aequitas Estudio Jurídico is seeking a full‑time Corporate Lawyer to join its Indore office. The professional will support corporate clients by drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on governance and regulatory matters, and handling labor‑law issues.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements and internal policies.
• Provide legal advice on business law, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations and case law; prepare opinions and memoranda.
• Support due‑diligence activities for transactions and corporate restructurings.
• Advise corporate clients on labor and employment matters, including employee contracts and workplace policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients, manage case files, timelines and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution and eligibility to practice law.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate and commercial law matters.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Indore and uphold high ethical standards.
