Corporate Lawyer – Associate to Principal Associate (Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore)

About the role

We are partnering with leading law firms in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore to recruit Corporate Lawyers at Associate, Senior Associate and Principal Associate levels. The role provides extensive exposure to corporate advisory work, commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on a wide range of commercial and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, joint venture agreements and transaction documents.
• Support M&A and private equity deals from due diligence through closing.
• Assist in corporate governance matters, board resolutions and compliance filings.
• Collaborate with senior partners and cross‑functional teams on complex transactions.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in corporate transactions and commercial matters.
• Strong drafting and advisory abilities.
• Ability to work on assignments for leading law firms in Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore.
• Open to Associate, Senior Associate or Principal Associate positions.
