Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager will join the Marketing team of a fast‑growing health insurance company in Mumbai. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s external voice, managing media relationships, and leading crisis and influencer communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create integrated media opportunities to enhance brand image, visibility and credibility.
• Lead media‑relation activities, including press releases, articles, FAQs and briefing documents.
• Develop and execute PR, community‑relations and crisis‑communication strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer marketing campaigns, from content creation to agency coordination.
• Document communications processes, maintain a communications calendar and oversee workflow compliance.
• Support brand marketing with compelling content that highlights key brand attributes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, social‑media performance and influencer impact, adjusting tactics as needed.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in any field; a Master’s in Corporate Communication, Journalism or Public Relations is a plus.
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the health‑insurance sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and analytical mindset with a solid understanding of the media landscape.
