Coordinator – Sponsorship Effectiveness

About the role

World Vision India is seeking a Coordinator – Sponsorship Effectiveness to ensure the well‑being of children in the Yadgir Area Development Program. The role bridges sponsors, donors, children and their families, monitoring progress and fostering meaningful relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor child progress and ensure participation in programmes.
• Manage the child sponsorship portfolio in line with partnership standards.
• Facilitate timely, high‑quality communication with sponsors and donors.
• Support implementation of the Area Development Program.
• Maintain accurate child data, generate regular reports and conduct weekly community visits.
• Identify concerns related to child well‑being and trigger appropriate protection mechanisms.

Required profile

• Commitment to child welfare and World Vision’s mission.
• Ability to work in remote rural settings with limited infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Experience coordinating programmes or sponsorships is desirable.

• Data entry and basic data management.
• Report writing and monitoring.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
