About the role
We are looking for a Content / Marketing Manager to drive our SaaS‑based HR product sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with enterprise clients worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns and other outreach methods.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that builds a pipeline of high‑quality prospects.
- Educate, prospect, and close target accounts, converting leads into sales‑ready opportunities.
- Represent the company and its products at conferences and industry forums as required.
- Track and report sales metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of targets and high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- 8‑15 years of experience in software product sales, preferably with SaaS‑based HR solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and manage the full sales cycle.
