Content & Community Lead

About the role

Cybertot is a consumer‑technology startup tackling unhealthy screen exposure for children. We are looking for a Content & Community Lead to shape our voice, build a thought‑leadership ecosystem and drive content across blogs, podcasts, YouTube and social channels. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and will evolve as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Cybertot’s content strategy across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on communication strategy and campaign rollout.
• Build relationships with psychologists, educators, parents, child‑development experts and digital‑wellness specialists.
• Identify, onboard and manage external experts for thought‑leadership content.
• Host podcasts, interviews and expert‑led conversations.
• Convert long‑form expert discussions into snackable, high‑quality pieces for blogs, YouTube, social media and newsletters.
• Own the blog ecosystem and drive organic traffic growth.
• Experiment continuously with formats, storytelling styles, SEO tactics and audience engagement.
• Help shape Cybertot’s brand voice as it creates a new consumer category.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in content, media, storytelling, brand, community, journalism or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong intuition for internet culture, audience behavior and storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content.
• Comfort working in fast‑moving startup environments with high ownership.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous, unstructured settings.
• Genuine interest in parenting, psychology, digital wellness and technology.
