Content Analyst – French Language

About the role

The Content Analyst – French Language joins Entity Content, the team that maintains a central database of financial and regulatory information used across LSEG products and services. You will ensure that French‑language data is accurate, timely and of high quality, supporting both internal users and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and maintain data in databases, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
• Develop expertise in financial regulations, market conventions and database tools.
• Use available tools to improve content quality and adhere to evolving data policies.
• Deliver high‑productivity data output while meeting SLA and service‑metric targets.
• Identify, report and resolve data issues, communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Test new database/application releases and provide constructive feedback.
• Analyse queries, determine root causes and drive action plans to enhance quality and customer experience.
• Support and coach junior analysts on data issues, databases and products.

Required profile

• Quick learner with high agility and the ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shift changes.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
