About the role

We are looking for a Consultant specialized in Talent Acquisition through social media to support our recruitment teams in sourcing high‑quality candidates. The role focuses on leveraging job boards, professional networking platforms and passive sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source resumes using job sites and professional networking platforms.
• Apply passive sourcing (AIRS) techniques and monitor market trends to identify target candidates.
• Vet internet resources and company information to enrich candidate profiles.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo and SAP to manage candidate data.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in resume sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and solid understanding of business needs.
• Preferred: MBA in Human Resources.

Required skills

• Experience with job sites and professional networking sites.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, SAP).
• Proficiency in passive sourcing techniques (AIRS) and market research.
