Consultant – Agile Business Analysis (Cards & Payments)

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant with 6‑8 years of experience in Agile methodologies, business analysis, and planning. The role operates in a hybrid model during day shifts and focuses on delivering high‑impact projects within the Cards and Payments domain.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, analyse, and align business requirements with organisational goals.
• Develop detailed analysis plans, identify problems and opportunities, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular stakeholder updates, and ensure transparency.
• Conduct gap analysis, recommend actionable improvement strategies, and maintain comprehensive documentation (user stories, workflows, process maps).
• Provide data‑driven insights to support decision‑making and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Leverage Cards and Payments domain expertise to deliver tailored solutions and support testing/validation activities.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in Agile environments and business analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to create detailed documentation and manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptability to hybrid work arrangements and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
