Construction Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our on‑site crews. In this role you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train new crew members.
- Monitor crew performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Educate all staff on safety procedures and enforce compliance.
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures.
- Coordinate the availability of materials, equipment, and tools.
- Identify problems on site and develop practical solutions.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
- Ability to convey technical safety knowledge to team members.
- Proactive leader who can spot issues early and implement fixes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
