Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will be based on‑site in Bhagalpur, overseeing daily construction activities across multiple project locations. This full‑time position involves coordinating workers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that building works progress safely, on schedule and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily site operations, track progress against the project schedule and report updates to the project manager.
• Coordinate and supervise labour crews, subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, material receipts and inspection reports.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues or delays, liaising with engineers, vendors and local authorities as needed.

Required profile

• Intermediate (12th) education; freshers may apply.
• Strong supervisory abilities and experience in site supervision for building or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of construction safety practices and inspection procedures.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with workers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work extended hours on‑site when project timelines demand.

Required skills

• Basic project reporting and record‑keeping.
• Familiarity with mobile or digital tools for site updates.
