Construction Supervisor – Attingal

About the role

Classic Associates is seeking a full‑time Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site operations in Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram. You will be responsible for coordinating daily construction activities, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report any deviations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and suppliers to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties to address project‑related concerns.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in construction site management.
• Strong ability to lead teams and enforce safety protocols.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
