About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at S.K.TOTLA INFRACONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED in Neemuch. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction operations on site.
Manage project timelines, resources, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to address project requirements.
Monitor progress, quality, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.

Required profile

Proven leadership and strong communication abilities.
Experience in construction project management.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure.
Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or a related field.
