Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on our projects in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring work follows design plans, safety standards and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations, assign tasks to workers and monitor progress.
• Review construction drawings, CAD layouts and schedules to guide on‑site execution.
• Track material usage, verify workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain safety protocols, conduct site inspections and enforce housekeeping standards.
• Prepare and submit status reports to management and support documentation.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, vendors and clients to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Proven supervisory experience in residential/commercial construction, including renovation and remodeling.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Coimbatore with flexibility for extended hours.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings, CAD layouts and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and best practices for residential and commercial projects.
• Basic project estimation, material planning and cost awareness.
• Understanding and enforcement of safety regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with construction or project‑management software is a plus.
