The role focuses on overseeing the full construction lifecycle, ensuring that each project meets the brand’s standards of luxury, precision, and responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, management, and coordination of civil works and interior finishes.
• Drive project execution for high‑end luxury villa developments, aligning with design intent and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile
