Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and secure profitable agreements.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
• Determine and allocate resources—including manpower, equipment, and materials—while respecting budget constraints.
• Plan construction operations, schedule intermediate phases, and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Procure equipment and materials, manage inventory, and address shortages promptly.
• Hire contractors and staff, assign responsibilities, and supervise on‑site work.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and evaluate project performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and report any issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a construction project manager.
• Deep understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality, health, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
