Construction Manager – New Delhi

About the role

M Moser Associates India is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead new construction and remodel projects in New Delhi. You will work closely with project leaders, internal teams and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality workplace environments on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction sites for new builds and renovations, coordinating all on‑site activities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and prepare project schedules, quotations and tender submissions.
• Handle local authority submissions, inspections and obtain CCC approvals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, M&E, IT and AV consultants to integrate design and technical specifications.
• Lead weekly client, consultant and trade‑contractor meetings and document progress.
• Identify, mitigate and track recurring construction issues and risks.
• Assist the contract team with budget preparation and supply‑chain scheduling.
• Prepare detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project and control project costs.
• Conduct regular site visits, including bid walks, pre‑construction walks and punch‑list inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in interior project management, construction or a related field.
• Proven experience leading multiple construction projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong project and leadership abilities with a focus on health‑ and safety management.
• Ability to interpret drawing plans and familiarity with local building and safety regulations (UBBL).
• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.

Required skills
