Construction Manager – Civil Infrastructure

About the role

Yatrah Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is seeking a Construction Manager (Civil) to lead on‑site civil works in Sikar. The role involves full‑time, hands‑on supervision of road, stormwater and other core infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily construction activities and project schedules.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors and ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues and maintain quality control.
• Track resources, manage budgets, and prepare progress reports for engineers, clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee stormwater and drainage works, ensuring proper design implementation and regulatory adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing on‑site civil construction projects, especially infrastructure and stormwater works.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations and quality control practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities to coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams.
