Construction Foreman – Execution & Site Supervision

About the role

The Execution Foreman will lead on‑site activities, ensuring that all structural work complies with drawings, client specifications and relevant Indian Standards. This role combines hands‑on supervision of foundations, brickwork, columns, beams, reinforced concrete and finishing works with responsibility for safety, quality and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Verify all structural work against approved drawings before concrete pouring.
• Supervise site operations including foundations, brickwork, columns, beams, RCC and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare client and subcontractor bills, and handle measurement, estimating and costing.
• Oversee erection and dismantling of launching girders and fabrication/erection of steel structures.
• Implement safety procedures for all deployed resources.
• Guide the team on knowledge transfer for OSD assembly projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in steel bridge construction, including assembly, bolting, welding and camber management.
• Experience on 2–3 steel bridge projects; OSD project experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction codes, specifications and quality control processes.
• Ability to manage site teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery.
