Construction Field Supervisor

About the role

Otis is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor to oversee project execution at its Baroda site. You will coordinate construction activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and act as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare business plans and schedule jobs in consultation with the team.
• Monitor daily progress, conduct site visits, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Handle construction completions, client interactions, and collection of fixed payments.
• Maintain 100% safety and quality compliance through audits and training.
• Coordinate material deliveries, forecast labor resources, and develop site logistics plans.
• Collaborate with sales staff to meet customer requirements and review project progress.
• Analyze situations and develop contingency estimates.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Goal‑oriented decision‑making, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in the elevator industry.
