Construction Craft Laborer – Registered Apprenticeship

About the role

Cinterra is seeking motivated individuals to join its Construction Craft Laborer apprenticeship program. As a registered apprentice, you will spend two years combining classroom instruction with hands‑on training, preparing you for a Journey‑worker certification in the electrical, solar or related construction fields.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris, hazardous materials and waste.
• Dig trenches, install pipes and drains, and fill potholes as directed.
• Erect temporary structures such as scaffolding and braces to support excavations.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Maintain and clean construction equipment according to company standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
• Communicate issues to the foreman and ensure work complies with contract requirements.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow established procedures.
• Detail‑oriented, team‑player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites across the U.S.
