Construction and Quality Manager

About the role

The Construction and Quality Manager will lead on‑site supervision of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, quality standards and testing procedures. The role focuses on water supply, used‑water management and sewerage systems, primarily within Karnataka.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site construction activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance plans, conducting inspections and tests to verify compliance.
• Ensure all works adhere to local, national and industry codes and standards.
• Manage documentation related to quality control, test results and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors and clients to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in project on‑site supervision.
• At least 3 years of experience in water supply, used‑water management or sewerage system projects.
• Demonstrated experience on projects located in Karnataka.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Public Health Engineering; a Master’s in Construction Management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Kannada is an advantage.
