Computer Science & Engineering Faculty (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Computer Science & Engineering faculty member to join our Bhopal campus. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guide student projects and research, and actively participate in departmental activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess lectures, tutorials and laboratory sessions for CSE programmes.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and examinations aligned with the curriculum.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring and support to students.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
• Engage in academic and applied research activities.
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees.
• Support co‑curricular, industry‑connect and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in core CS subjects such as data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, databases and software engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in academia and industry (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python, web technologies, development environments).
• Ability to design and deliver effective lectures, labs and assessments using modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
• Experience guiding student projects, internships and industry‑oriented assignments.
• Commitment to academic excellence, inclusive teaching and student mentoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field; Ph.D. or pursuit of a doctorate is highly desirable.
• Prior teaching or academic experience in an engineering institution.
