Component Engineer – BTV Stator

About the role

As a Component Engineer for the BTV Stator, you will lead the release of work products and ensure the mechanical design of stator components meets Bosch’s design standards. You will act as the primary technical liaison with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee seamless system integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead release of work products, including state‑materials, norms, production instructions, and drawings.
• Manage release of design deviations through relevant committees (CoC, CoE, ISET, CoreMA).
• Own the mechanical design of stator components, ensuring compliance with the design kit and interface requirements.
• Serve as the main technical contact for suppliers, handling design topics for the component/assembly.
• Ensure correct system integration of the component within the eMachine platform.
• Evaluate component changes for impact on functionality, assembly, quality, manufacturability, cost, and schedule.

Required profile

• BE/BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
