Community & Travel Experience Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, travel‑loving individual to create memorable experiences for our travelers while building a vibrant travel community. You will accompany groups on trips, produce engaging content, and represent our brand at events.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany domestic and international groups, ensuring safety, smooth logistics and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate with local vendors, guides, hotels and transport partners, resolving on‑ground issues promptly.
• Promote upcoming trips through online and offline channels and create travel reels, videos, photos and stories.
• Represent the brand at events, meet‑ups and collaborations, building relationships with creators and influencers.
• Engage prospective travelers, answer queries, collect feedback and encourage referrals.
• Generate quality leads, support trip bookings and identify partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Passionate about travel and exploring new places.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in hosting groups and appearing on camera.
• Creative, energetic, proactive with a positive attitude.
• Calm under challenging travel situations and willing to travel frequently, including weekends and holidays.
