Community Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and commercially aware Community Operations Manager to build, manage, and grow our online communities across multiple social and community platforms. The role focuses on driving audience growth, engagement, and converting community activity into measurable business impact such as registrations, first‑time deposits, and trades.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand communities on Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups and similar channels.
• Support growth of social channels including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram by improving subscriber numbers and engagement.
• Keep audiences active, aligned with brand tone, and guide users toward academy participation, first‑time deposit and trade.
• Collaborate with KOLs, academy, channel operations, retention, content and marketing teams to move users deeper in the funnel.
• Track video views, community engagement and audience growth and link them to registration, FTD and overall performance.
• Coordinate AMAs, webinars, podcasts, livestreams, community campaigns, launches and announcements.
• Collect audience feedback and share insights to improve engagement and business results.

Required profile

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to think in terms of ROI and trading volume.
• Experience managing online communities and working with KOLs.
• Excellent communication skills to respond to user queries and maintain smooth interaction between the team and the audience.
• Ability to coordinate content schedules, campaign execution and performance follow‑up.
