Community Marketing Manager

About the role

As the bridge between our brand and its users, you will cultivate vibrant communities tailored to distinct professional personas. You will drive authentic conversations, enable peer‑to‑peer problem solving, and turn engaged members into advocates and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch separate community spaces for CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, analytics teams, and e‑commerce brand owners.
• Host live webinars and virtual events that deliver real value and encourage active participation.
• Manage social channels and discussion forums, ensuring content is useful and conversations stay on topic.
• Moderate discussions, connect members with complementary expertise, and surface insights for product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, partnerships, and onboarding teams to align community initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and nurturing professional communities or user groups.
• Strong ability to understand the unique challenges of multiple business personas.
• Excellent event coordination and facilitation skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross‑functional teamwork.
• Analytical approach to measuring community health and impact.
