About the role

TVL Media is seeking a proactive Community Manager to join its team in Noida. You will be the primary voice of the brand across social platforms, fostering engagement and ensuring a positive, on‑brand experience for our audience.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and community queries.
Help plan and execute community engagement activities and campaigns.
Monitor community sentiment, identify emerging issues, and flag them to the internal team.
Support the creation of community‑focused content and recurring rituals.
Maintain a friendly, consistent, and on‑brand tone in all interactions.
