About the role
Kinjo is seeking a proactive Community Manager to help build and nurture its ecosystem of startups, founders, creators, professionals, students and entrepreneurs. The role involves meeting people, attending events, hosting sessions and creating vibrant communities that drive engagement and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and maintain relationships with relevant communities and organizers across the startup and creator ecosystem.
- Keep Kinjo communities active by initiating conversations, polls, activities and community‑led initiatives.
- Understand community needs, reactivate inactive users and develop programs to boost participation.
- Reach out to event organizers, founders and ecosystem players, conduct in‑person meetings and convert them into active Kinjo partners.
- Deliver one‑on‑one and group demo sessions, explain Kinjo’s features and value proposition, and support onboarding.
- Represent Kinjo at external events, build partnerships, and help plan and execute Kinjo‑hosted meetups, workshops and activations.
- Design creative, community‑led growth initiatives such as referral, collaboration and advocacy programs.
Required profile
- Passionate about meeting people, networking and building relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- Comfortable attending events and representing the brand in public.
