Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to join the founding team of Firi, a beauty‑and‑personal‑care review platform that curates trusted product insights from Reddit and YouTube. In this role you will own the community experience, helping users make confident purchase decisions and driving product‑level NPS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the community end‑to‑end, creating content and interactions that guide users toward the right beauty products.
• Design and execute research studies to understand current and future audiences worldwide.
• Collaborate on product requirement documents (PRDs) to build intuitive discovery experiences.
• Work with Category teams to ideate and launch new product categories on the platform.
• Build and maintain customer tiering in the CRM, setting up automated triggers to improve retention.
• Develop and own offline marketing and community initiatives, including positioning, messaging, campaign planning and creative development.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for beauty and personal‑care markets.
• Experience in community management, user engagement or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills to translate research insights into product improvements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with design, product and category teams.
