Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to help grow Skoob, a premium audio entertainment platform focused on true‑crime stories, across the United States. You will work directly with the Community Head to uncover partnership opportunities and connect the brand with creators, influencers, clubs and relevant communities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research new communities, creators and partnership prospects.
• Initiate outreach through channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, Facebook Groups and email.
• Convert conversations into collaborations that drive premium user acquisition.
• Rapidly prototype ideas, measure results and scale successful tactics.
• Own the end‑to‑end process from concept to execution and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Curious, self‑motivated and comfortable making quick decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with new contacts and build lasting relationships.
• Resourceful and comfortable experimenting, learning and iterating.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience is a plus; attitude and drive are prioritized.
