Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to lead and grow our student and developer community. You will create engaging experiences, drive participation in programs and events, and act as the bridge between learners and our internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Design and execute strategies to increase member count, active participation and retention.
• Facilitate discussions, polls, quizzes, coding challenges and other interactive activities.
• Monitor conversations to maintain a positive, productive environment and reactivate inactive members.
• Engage regularly with students to understand their challenges, gather feedback and coordinate resolutions.
• Identify and nurture community ambassadors and potential brand advocates.
• Plan and run email and WhatsApp campaigns for webinars, contests, courses and other initiatives, tracking registrations, leads and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to generate and nurture leads through community channels.
• Organize webinars, coding contests, workshops, AMAs and other events, handling registrations, promotion and logistics.

Required profile

• Comfortable interacting with students and developers in an online environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
• Data‑driven mindset to analyse engagement metrics and improve strategies.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience managing communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with email marketing and campaign tracking.
• Event coordination and webinar organization.
