Community Manager

About the role

This role ensures every student placement is captured, documented and shared across all channels on time. You will run the end‑to‑end process that turns a placement into visible proof, coordinating alumni, internal teams and external vendors while tracking everything in spreadsheets.

Key responsibilities

• Make every placement visible by tracking daily data and ensuring completeness.
• Call placed alumni, document their journey, obtain consent and photos.
• Publish a LinkedIn post from the alumni’s profile within 3‑4 days of the first call.
• Plan testimonial video shoots, brief the video team and publish the final video within 12 days.
• Raise poster requests with the design team and enforce a 2‑3 day turnaround.
• Publish placement content on the website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp communities and performance media according to a fixed calendar.
• Proactively share high‑impact content with the Performance Marketing team.
• Own and grow the alumni community, matching alumni with prospective learners for trust‑building calls.
• Organise alumni meet‑ups every 2‑3 months and co‑own the experience.
• Drive 2‑3 genuine learner reviews daily across platforms and monitor reputation.
• Submit outcome reports every 15 days and keep process documentation up to date.
• Manage and support two CDAs reporting to you and appear on camera when needed.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in community management, marketing operations or program coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone calls.
• Comfortable interacting with alumni at key career moments.
• Ability to handle multiple parallel tracks without losing context.
• EdTech background is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
