Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, performance‑driven Community Manager to own our digital presence across Bangalore, Whitefield, Indiranagar and Goa. The role starts with social‑media management, content planning and community engagement, and will evolve into full marketing leadership as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all social media platforms, create and schedule engaging content, and build monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Grow online communities, monitor trends and propose new content ideas.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, support brand‑building initiatives and promote events, workshops and community activities.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all locations.
• Drive customer engagement through digital campaigns, referral and retention initiatives, and build relationships with local creators and partners.
• As the role expands, take ownership of overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, customer acquisition and retention, agency and vendor management, marketing planning and reporting, and end‑to‑end marketing operations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong experience managing Instagram and other social platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to create content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
