Community Manager

About the role

Garage.app is seeking a Community Manager who will build and nurture a founder‑centric ecosystem around its AI‑driven SaaS tools. You will act as the bridge between early adopters and the product team, turning users into advocates and shaping product evolution through community feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage community spaces such as Slack, Discord, and private forums.
• Attract founders, indie hackers, developers, and SaaS operators to join the ecosystem.
• Identify and empower early adopters as power users, ambassadors, and beta testers.
• Facilitate discussions on product building, AI tools, SaaS growth, and startup journeys.
• Organise AMAs, product demos, virtual meetups, and collaborative challenges.
• Collect user insights and work closely with product and engineering teams to translate feedback into improvements.
• Support marketing initiatives, explore partnership opportunities, and drive organic advocacy.

Required profile

• Passion for building technology‑focused communities and ecosystems.
• Experience in community management, developer relations, or product‑centric roles within startups or SaaS companies.
• Strong ability to engage founders, developers, and product builders.
