Community Manager

About the role

You'll be the heartbeat of BHIVE's ecosystem, driving daily engagement, scaling event operations, and ensuring members feel genuinely connected. As the on‑floor face, you will manage community interaction, coordinate flagship events and contribute to business outcomes such as retention, decision‑maker depth and NPS.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for members by interacting daily, understanding their businesses and championing their successes.
• Own and curate content across WhatsApp, Slack and member newsletters to keep the community active.
• Facilitate introductions between founders, investors and operators to generate real business value.
• Plan and execute community events from ideation through flawless on‑ground delivery.
• Maintain a clean member database, build repeatable event playbooks and deliver brand‑standard activations.
• Track engagement metrics, keep community NPS above 90 and act quickly on member feedback.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of community management experience, preferably in coworking or member‑led brands.
• Strong operational mindset with obsessive attention to detail and ability to create playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to CXO‑level audiences.
• High social intelligence, adaptability and natural hosting instinct.
• Builder mindset – willing to design new programmes rather than only execute calendars.
• Availability for a 6‑day work week (Monday‑Saturday rotational), flexible evenings, weekends and occasional Sundays for major events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Design skills using Canva.
