Brand & Social Marketing Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving organic social performance for the brand Jumo. You will lead the creation of high‑impact, shareable content that builds brand awareness and reduces customer acquisition costs.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, script, shoot and publish on‑brand content primarily on Instagram, expanding to TikTok, YouTube, Threads and other platforms.
• Achieve monthly organic impressions of at least 10 million through compelling videos, reels and stories.
• Collaborate with an in‑house Director of Photography, Animator and Post‑Production editor to produce polished assets.
• Develop repeatable, scalable content IPs that reinforce the brand language.
• Continuously monitor trends, study online material and apply insights to improve content performance.

Required profile

• Passion for media, consumer psychology and brand building.
• First‑principles problem‑solver with ability to break down complex challenges.
• Self‑starter who learns new tools and techniques quickly.
• Interest or experience in filmmaking, scriptwriting and social‑media storytelling.
• Comfort working directly with the founder and an in‑house creative team.
