Community Manager – Events, Venue Partnerships & Experiences

About the role

VibeHub Social is building a fast‑growing social community in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a proactive Community Manager who will design, organise and execute memorable events while forging lasting venue partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a monthly calendar of community events.
• Conceptualise and create engaging activities, games and experiences for participants.
• Identify, onboard and negotiate barter agreements with cafés and other venues.
• Coordinate volunteers, photographers, videographers and venue partners.
• Lead on‑site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage backend event operations, including weekly planning and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Organised, dependable and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable leading a team and making decisions during live events.
• Available to work Tuesday through Sunday, with event days on weekends.
• Prior experience in events, hospitality, community building or startups is a plus.
