Community Manager – Engage Pet Parents & Providers

About the role

The Community Manager will be the voice of Pet No Fret, a fast‑growing pet‑tech startup, interacting daily with pet parents, service providers and product sellers. Based in Delhi NCR, the role blends online engagement with offline events to build a vibrant, supportive community around the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate and grow the brand’s online communities across social platforms.
• Plan and execute local meet‑ups, events and partnership campaigns with pet‑care providers.
• Collect and analyse user feedback to improve product and service experiences.
• Track community metrics, generate insights and report them to cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations to align community initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, customer engagement or social media moderation, preferably in a consumer‑facing or marketplace environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an empathetic, professional tone.
• Comfortable working onsite in Delhi NCR and collaborating across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for pets and genuine interest in pet parenting; prior exposure to pet‑care or marketplace sectors is a plus.
