Community Manager – Coffee & F&B

About the role

Kaapi Machines is looking for a Community Manager to act as the bridge between the brand and the coffee ecosystem, including baristas, café owners, trainers and coffee enthusiasts. You will deepen brand loyalty, boost engagement and nurture a vibrant community around our coffee equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with baristas, café owners, trainers and coffee influencers.
• Organise and manage brand‑owned events such as latte‑art throwdowns, workshops and café takeovers.
• Curate hyper‑local meet‑ups and activate community‑led initiatives in Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 cities.
• Collaborate with micro‑influencers, trainers and equipment users to generate user‑generated content, testimonials and product showcases.
• Facilitate partnerships with coffee schools, cafés and roasteries for content and training tie‑ups.
• Assist in planning and executing flagship IPs like Latte Art Championships and Coffee Festivals, coordinating with city leads, internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor community conversations on social media and WhatsApp groups, collect feedback and share insights with marketing and product teams.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and support dealer activation plans.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in community management, brand activation, event management or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coffee and basic knowledge of coffee equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work both on‑ground and digitally.
