Community Manager – Coffee Equipment & Engagement

About the role

Kaapi Machines is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to connect our brand with the coffee ecosystem, including baristas, café owners, trainers, and enthusiasts. You will drive brand loyalty and engagement through both on‑ground events and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with baristas, café owners, trainers, and coffee influencers.
• Organise and manage community events such as latte‑art throwdowns, workshops, and café takeovers across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
• Collaborate with micro‑influencers, coffee schools, roasteries, and equipment users to generate user‑generated content and testimonials.
• Assist in planning and executing Kaapi Machines IPs like Latte Art Championships and Coffee Festivals, coordinating with city leads, internal teams, and vendors.
• Monitor social media and WhatsApp groups for community conversations, collect feedback, and share insights with marketing and product teams.
• Identify partnership opportunities with local cafés, roasteries, and coffee‑related organisations and support dealer activation plans.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in community management, brand activation, event management, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for coffee and basic knowledge of coffee equipment.
• Comfortable networking on‑ground and engaging on digital platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
