About the role
The Community Host ensures a welcoming, well‑equipped workplace for employees and visitors. Acting as the first point of contact, you will provide tools, information, and support that create a positive first impression and smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑touch support, offering tools, information and wayfinding to employees and guests.
- Maintain a warm, professional welcome and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
- Assess workspace readiness, ensuring conference rooms and offices are fully equipped and employee‑ready.
- Identify and submit work orders for repairs, maintenance, or missing furniture before they impact users.
- Educate employees and visitors on equipment, processes, workplace protocols and etiquette.
- Collect and share voice‑of‑customer data with managers to improve services.
- Escalate issues following established protocols and suggest process improvements.
- Support flexible and hybrid work arrangements, fostering employee well‑being and engagement.

- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with all organizational levels.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Detail‑oriented, organized self‑starter.
- Proactive, “can‑do” attitude with ability to act on limited information.

Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.
