Community Creator & Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Community Creator & Manager to build and nurture the student community for into3.ai, India’s first learning infrastructure platform. You will be the heartbeat of our Student Captains program, driving engagement across WhatsApp groups, daily content, challenges, and community‑driven growth in Tier 2/3 schools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the Student Captain Starter Kit, including welcome messages, challenge templates, and content packs.
• Set up and manage WhatsApp community structures – a master group plus individual school groups.
• Plan and execute daily engagement content (morning motivation, study tips, evening quizzes, night check‑ins).
• Organise and attend in‑person events with Student Captains, capture photos, and build personal connections.
• Run community challenges (e.g., 7‑Day Streak) and highlight top performers.
• Collect and curate student and parent testimonials for conversion and brand advocacy.
• Monitor community sentiment, report bugs, and address data‑privacy queries promptly.
• Scale the Student Captain program as new schools join, including training and weekly calls.
• Facilitate parent‑focused WhatsApp groups with study tips and exam preparation advice.

Required profile

• Proven experience building a community from scratch, growing it to at least 1,000 active members.
• Strong connection‑building skills with students, parents, and school staff.
• Ability to create engaging content and run interactive challenges.
• Comfort with on‑ground event coordination and photography.
• Data‑driven mindset to monitor sentiment and act on feedback quickly.
