About the role
We are looking for a Community Associate to join WeWork India’s Community team. The role is the front‑line face of our co‑working locations, ensuring members receive a welcoming experience and that daily operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for members and visitors, managing front‑desk duties during business hours.
- Greet, check‑in, and escort members, guests, and tour participants; schedule tours and send confirmations.
- Support community initiatives by organizing events, creating posters, preparing newsletters, and facilitating member introductions.
- Handle membership administration, including on‑demand check‑ins/check‑outs, promotional material distribution, and renewal or upsell opportunities.
- Resolve member inquiries and issues through tickets, emails, and in‑person interactions, and collect feedback to improve the Net Promoter Score.
- Maintain building operations, oversee special amenities, and contribute to ancillary revenue targets.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and manage front‑desk responsibilities efficiently.
- Proactive attitude toward building community connections and supporting team goals.
