Communications Specialist

About the role

Solution Talks is seeking a full-time Communications Specialist to work from its Noida office in a hybrid model. The role will support the company’s mission to deliver clear, consistent and impactful messages for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Draft, edit and distribute press releases and other external content.
• Manage internal communications, including newsletters and updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Monitor communication outcomes, collect feedback and refine strategies to boost engagement.
• Prepare strategic communication materials, presentations and key messages for leadership.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in corporate communications, public relations or related fields.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital communication tools such as email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for professional use.
• Experience using collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Teams).
