Communications Officer

About the role

REIGN MARS ADS is seeking a full‑time Communications Officer to join its on‑site team in Namakkal. You will craft and manage internal and external communication materials that support the brand’s video production and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases, announcements, and media outreach materials.
• Write clear, engaging copy for campaigns, corporate communications, and client projects.
• Coordinate media outreach to promote the agency and its clients.
• Contribute to strategic communication plans and ensure consistent messaging across digital and offline channels.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and client‑facing teams to align content with brand positioning and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise, compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Experience drafting press releases and managing media relations.
• Background in strategic communications, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
