About the role
The Communications Designer will shape Decathlon Sports India's brand presence by creating engaging visual and video content across digital, physical and social channels. Working closely with store, online and marketing teams, you will develop campaigns, motion graphics and videos that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital, print and in‑store channels.
- Develop layouts for social media, websites, emails, WhatsApp and in‑store branding while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Produce high‑quality videos and motion graphics for product promotions and brand storytelling using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Edit short‑form reels and long‑form brand films for various platforms.
- Design print materials such as posters, hoardings, banners, POS items and brochures.
- Optimise in‑store branding through digital touchpoints and interactive content.
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, e‑commerce and sports teams to align messaging and execution.
Required profile
- Passion for sports and strong visual storytelling ability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to adapt designs based on insights.
