Communications & Community Manager – Fashion & Lifestyle

About the role

We are seeking a warm, organized and creative Communications & Community Manager to be the voice of our fashion and lifestyle brand in Jaipur. The role combines customer care, influencer relations, gifting programs and content coordination to strengthen brand presence across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, email and website chat while maintaining a positive brand tone.
• Identify and engage relevant influencers, stylists and creators for collaborations, gifting, barter partnerships and paid promotions.
• Coordinate selection, sizing and dispatch of garments for gifting, track deliveries and monitor influencer posting schedules.
• Work with the social media team to repost influencer content and surface user‑generated content for brand storytelling.
• Maintain weekly trackers for customer queries, complaints and resolution times; produce influencer performance reports covering reach, engagement and conversions.
