Communications & Community Manager – Fashion & Lifestyle

About the role

We are seeking a warm, organized, and creative Communications & Community Manager to be the voice of our fashion and lifestyle brand. Based in Jaipur, you will handle customer care, nurture influencer relationships, and manage gifting and barter programs while ensuring a consistent brand tone across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and website chat, maintaining a positive brand tone.
• Identify and outreach to relevant influencers, stylists, and creators for collaborations, gifting, barter, and paid promotions.
• Maintain an influencer database with engagement metrics, collaboration history, and posting commitments.
• Coordinate selection, sizing, and dispatch of garments for gifting, tracking deliverables and performance metrics.
• Work with the social media team to repost influencer content and surface user‑generated content for brand storytelling.
• Prepare weekly trackers for customer queries and influencer collaboration reports, highlighting reach, engagement, and conversions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, the creator economy, and current fashion trends.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to maintain brand tone at all times.
